Girotti Machine also has full jobbing shop capabilities with a variety of CNC and manual equipment. Our CNC department is integrated with a powerful CAD/CAM system. Part programs can be made directly from customer supplied drawings in hard copy as well as conversions from DXF format via e-mail or other electronic media. From complicated one-offs to high volume production our CNC department is able to handle the job. Whole production cells have been designed and implemented at our facilities when our customers demands are great enough.
With 5 axis capability the above parts were programmed and machined in
one set-up reducing our costs. This type of versatility is what keeps Girotti
Machine competitive in today's modern machining market.
Depending upon the component Part and volume of production required part
programming can be handled on shop floor as well as in our engineering
department.

Conventional machining is handled by small
to large turning, milling,drilling, and horizontal boring mill machines.
Our building is equipped with 8 overhead cranes that are capable of a handling
large heavy parts safely and efficiently.
