With the volume of work Girotti outputs our quality control department is one of the busiest divisions within our organization. We strive to ensure that all product that leaves our plant is defect free. Girotti Machine was registered to ISO9002 in 1998 and maintains constant control over quality. We have recently met the requirements of and have been credited with ISO9001-2000. Whether it be customer dictated cpk values for production runs or rush work with no part drawings our QC inspectors ensure what goes out the door is correct. The QC department consists of a wide range of measuring equipment from micrometers to a CMM. All inspection gauging equipment and standards are qualified on a yearly basis as per our ISO manual. Our ISO manual is available for review by any of our customers at any time. Customer supplied product, casting patterns as well as jigs and fixture are maintained through our document control so you can be assured that what is shipped to us will will be maintained properly.
