Total machine rebuilds is something Girotti Machine is becoming very well known for in the heavy forge industry.
Existing press frames can be brought back to OEM standards or modified with new technology as per customer request. This includes die nest modifications, lubing systems, computer monitoring, and new safety features.

A typical rebuild at Girotti Machine:

1) Unloading 1000 ton press at our facility.

2) Press is then stripped of all component parts, cleaned & inspected.

3) Press is then professionally painted as per customer request.

4) Parts are identified, refurbished or re-manufactured as required.

5) Press is then reassembled.

6) Final testing is also performed at Girotti by running press under power and to customers satisfaction.

7) All final transportation can be arranged through us for product delivery anywhere in North America.
